Key requeriments:
- College graduate in Psychology, Marketing, Business Management, Engineering or related field
- 3 years related experience in training, human resources, organizational development,
- Knowledge in training methodologies and events management
- 3 years of previous experience in the sales/aftersales business (desirable)
- Fluent written, spoken and listening English
- Strong skills in time management, organizational, adaptability and critical thinking
- Knowledge in training methodologies and events management
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Advanced English
- Strong computer skills including in-depth experience with database management, spreadsheet, and word processing software packages. (Microsoft Office, Internet, SAP)
Activities:
- Manage suppliers to meet training objectives for the dealer network
- Manage the budget and reserves for Standards and Training areas
- Generate Purchase Orders
- Manage training recoveries (payments from dealers)
- Manage Training facilities (agreements, purchase of tools, equipment, maintenance)
- Look for efficiencies with suppliers
- Manage Training vehicles (Subscribe them, environment certificated, preventative maintenance, insurance, internal loans with serveral areas, unsubscribe vehicles, MEC forms)
- Supervise the training program (track vs objectives)
- Coordinate Multimedia Studio (job profiles, payroll, vacations, equipment purchases)
- Coordinate support and make synergies with Planning, GMF and CCA
- Develop new initiatives
- Provide support and guidance
- Identify each potential customer’s needs
- Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs
- Build meaningful relationships within the company and outside
Hybrid position 3 days at office 2 days working from home
