About the role
Are you passionate about engineering testing and validation? As a Test & Validation Senior Engineer, you will lead key technical projects that ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and compliance with global standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
As a Test & Validation Senior Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing engineering testing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Planning and directing testing and maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinating the use of testing facilities and resources.
- Reviewing test results and validating that operations meet required specifications and regulations.
- Providing consultative support to multiple teams to assess the impact of testing results on systems.

Minimum qualifications:
- Understanding of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritization, coaching, and process execution.
- Specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.
- University degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to coordinate technical teams and projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in engineering testing environments.
- Familiarity with applicable quality and safety standards.
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
