Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax Accountant. The Tax Accountant’s day-to-day tasks will include preparing tax returns, maintaining accurate financial records, conducting tax research, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. Additional tasks include maintaining financial records, performing audits, and preparing reports.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Experience preparing tax returns and financial statements
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal tax regulations
- Ability to conduct tax research and stay updated on tax laws
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in audit processes is beneficial
