Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with Hiring Managers by understanding diverse business lines and role specific needs.
- Provide daily, consultative support to MFG Mexico Hiring Managers on all recruitment-related activities.
- Proactively analyze workforce needs and advise on staffing strategies to anticipate future demand.
- Create, post, and manage internal and external job listings in alignment with service level agreements and brand standards.
- Source talent through a variety of internal tools and external platforms, leveraging creative strategies and data driven approaches.
- Manage full cycle recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Partner with stakeholders to design recruitment solutions, using insights, data, and stakeholder input to build strong, actionable strategies.
- Present proposals effectively across different levels of the organization, navigating conflict resolution and driving alignment.
- Handle complex recruitment scenarios and client expectations with empathy, adaptability, and professionalism.
- Uphold a customer service focused mindset, providing seamless candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- Ensure the highest levels of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data and hiring decisions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within recruitment workflows and implement solutions with measurable impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record in high-volume hiring preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret and manage recruitment data effectively.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships with professionalism and resilience.
- High level of accountability, ownership, and follow through on deliverables and commitments.
- Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, propose enhancements, and implement best practices.
- Self starter with excellent organizational and time management skills; able to work independently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of Workday and other recruitment platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service oriented and solution-driven mindset.
