What will you do?
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of workers to ensure that goods are moved, handled, and stored safely, correctly, and in accordance with established schedules and inventory lists.

Manage the workflow of the supply team, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, verifying that all activities align with inventory management protocols.
Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and promote a culture of safety and efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to supply management.
Provide clear communication and feedback to team members regarding performance and operational goals.
What are we looking for?
A university degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for liaising with team members and other departments.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and supply chain management software.
