REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
One (1) years of experience in a Procurement function or related experience, co-op experience will be considered.
Strong project management skills.
A strategic-orientated individual that achieves timely results.
Ability to review processes and provide feedback on how to improve the processes.
Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets and charts.
Comprehensive understanding of the purchase order lifecycle, cost/price analysis, and logistics processes.
Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Written and spoken English is required (bilingual).
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Masters' Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Two (2) years of experience in a Procurement function or related experience, co-op experience will be considered.
Developing & Sourcing suppliers in Electrical Mechanical Commodities.
Developing & Sourcing suppliers in Electronic Commodities.
Prior experience program manager.
Prior experience managing a commodity, working with a global team, or large scope project.
Technically proficient to read blueprints. DDSC/Perfect Execution

Ability to travel up to 25%
Position Objective/DUTIES:
You will develop and lead supply chain strategies for our ELECTRICAL MECHANICAL Commodities in a global environment. Strategies developed will support initiatives which include on time deliveries, cost containment and quality. Strategies will need to be clearly communicated to large groups
AS A SUPPLIER EXECUTION LEAD YOU WILL:
Reporting directly to Procurement Leadership, the individual in this role will work in close partnership with Copeland’s Enterprise and Business Group Supply Chain teams to ensure effective alignment and implementation of category strategies.
Review and assess supplier capacity to identify and address potential shortages affecting plant operations.
Provide daily execution support to ensure continuity of supply for plant requirements.
Support the implementation of procurement strategies and promote best practices.
Collaborate with Supplier Quality to improve supplier performance (PPM).
Effectively communicate, lead meetings, make presentations, and use tact and professionalism at all times by using core competencies.
Onsite Work Arrangement:
This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
