Amazon’s Catalog is an essential part of the Amazon experience as it fundamentally influences the way customers shop and how productive our systems and users can be. This is accomplished by creating standardized catalog processes, working with vendors to collect high quality data, and using manual resources and technology to enrich product knowledge at scale.

We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to promote global standardization that increases the completeness, coverage, and accuracy of catalog and automates retail operation that enable vendor experience in order to launch high-class CX features. This role will analyze and use data to manage and lead improvement for MX customer experience, vendor experience, operational processes, reporting, and overall business performance.

Key job responsibilities
  • Own accurate catalog setup, SKU/ASIN lifecycle management, processing, and reporting for our selection
  • Work with cross-functional teams (business, tech) to improve the catalog and reduce catalog errors
  • Work with global teams to offshore internal task in MX to improve work efficiency.
  • Involve and influence key local and global stakeholders (business, tech, marketing and legal leaders).
  • Prepare and give business reviews with senior management on regular basis.
  • Define the feature set, business requirements, measures of success, and roadmap for the business.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs for speed to market, business performance and features.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required plus at least 8 years of professional background.
  • Fluent in both, English and Spanish

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Experience owning technology products
  • Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
