We are seeking an Onsite IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician for freelance-based contractual assignments in your local area. You will be compensated hourly, half-day, or depending on the task. Tickets will be assigned based on proximity and can be accepted according to your availability (weekdays/weekends).
Assignments will involve L1 & L2 IT/Network support including desktop troubleshooting, server/rack components (e.g., HDDs) installation/replacement, and on-site support such as console access for routers, switches, firewalls, etc., under guidance from remote teams.
Required Skills:
✅ Proven experience in desktop system administration, customer service, incident/change/release management, and support for third-party apps on Windows platforms
✅ Formally trained and certified in Windows Server Admin and ITIL, with strong skills in using programming techniques for internal support tasks
✅ Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, subnetting, and resolving LAN/WLANandEthernet configuration problems
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience across Windows,Android,iOS,and Blackberry operating systems
