What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using C#, Selenium, and Playwright to support enterprise SaaS and on-premises products.
Create, execute, and manage comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex, distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
Validate functionality, performance, and security across multi-tenant SaaS platforms and customer-hosted (on-premises) deployments.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to embed testing into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
Implement AI/ML-driven testing approaches to optimize regression coverage, identify risk-prone areas, and accelerate validation cycles.
Conduct thorough API testing and integrate tests into continuous integration workflows.
Work closely with engineering leadership to continuously refine test strategies, coverage metrics, and quality gates.
Use Git for version control and actively participate in code reviews of test automation code.
Document test design decisions, maintain traceability, and support internal and external audit/compliance requirements.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
5–7 years of experience in software test automation or SDET roles, with a focus on enterprise-grade SaaS and on-premises applications.
Strong programming skills in C#, with solid experience using Selenium and Playwright.
Deep understanding of cloud environments (preferably Azure) and on-premises system integration challenges.
Expertise with Azure DevOps pipelines and automated deployment/testing workflows.
Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and collaborative code development.
Proven ability to write clear and detailed test plans, test cases, and test data strategies for complex systems.
Hands-on experience with AI-based test tools or methodologies (e.g., intelligent test selection, autonomous test creation, self-healing scripts).
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and automated API testing techniques.
We'd Love to See:
Experience testing multi-tier, microservices-based enterprise applications.
Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of enterprise compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and their impact on testing strategies.
ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
