We're looking for a passionate Agency Partner Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Account Management team in Mexico. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with high value SMB agencies in a one-to-many structure with the goal of driving revenue, agency education and satisfaction. This position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and a passion for client service/partnerships to drive long-term growth. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a hypergrowth work environment, a passion for growing revenue, and desire to help shape and scale solutions to support and grow SMB agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow agency relationships by seeking partnerships across various agency teams
- Acquire potential agencies on our platform
- Serve as external product expert, educating agencies on TikTok product solutions and best practices to help them achieve greater results through building compelling data-driven storylines that are customized to the Agency/Client's business
- Provide scaled media strategy and planning support, while monitoring, analyzing campaign performance to make proactive recommendations to improve results
- Coach and enable agencies to effectively pitch new business
- Develop long-term strategic plans and conduct quarterly business reviews to build productive relationships with key Agency stakeholders and their clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Prioritize book of business based on understanding of agency opportunities to reach your goals while ensuring exceptional client service across book of business
- Partner with cross-functional team members to deliver scaled strategic initiatives
- Serve as the voice-of-the-customer providing insights/feedback on product, operations and opportunities to build and expand the Agency team
