We are currently searching for a Scrum Master (IT – Agile Coach):
Responsibilities:
- Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen existing relationships and leverage the bank’s systems, connections, and knowledge.
- Ensure team objectives, plans, and individual initiatives are executed in alignment with business strategies.
- Guarantee all activities comply with current internal standards, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a coach in SCRUM practices and foster Agile methodologies across teams.
- Apply AS-IS / TO-BE process modeling and best practices in SCRUM.
- Make informed decisions while promoting a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a SCRUM coach.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, team management, motivation, leadership, frustration tolerance, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Knowledge and implementation of agile productivity metrics.
- Experience identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and/or dependencies.
- Understanding of the project lifecycle (PMBOK) and SDLC.
- Ability to apply SCRUM best practices effectively.
- Proficiency in process modeling and transformation initiatives.
Desired:
- Certified Scrum Master.
- Experience in the financial sector.
- Experience working in international teams.
- Knowledge of Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Lean, and Management 3.0 frameworks.
Languages:
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
