We are looking for the best talent for the Scientific Affairs Supervisor to be located in Mexico City, Mexico.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
The local Scientific Affairs role will ensure medical and scientific standards of excellence throughout the organization. This pivotal role will ensure monitoring and alignment of MAF's exclusive operational activities, ensuring harmonization and compliance
Main responsibilities are:
Oversight of the Local Scientific external engagement plan
Oversight of the Local Evidence Generation Monitoring
Orchestrate Medical Affairs functional Onboarding and Training implementation, in alignment with local L&D
Support to FF Managers in oversight of field activities and dissemination plan implementation
Alignment and Governance of local/regional Medical Affairs SOPs
Medical Affairs Liaison with COEs
Orchestrate Medical Affairs functional capabilities evolution at Cluster level
Audit Readiness and CAPA response follow up for Medical Affairs
Focal point of alignment and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of medical affairs operations
Medical Affairs Cluster voice/interface with Regional Scientific Affairs
Oversee pharmacovigilance activities, including the monitoring, assessment, and reporting of adverse events and safety data to local Healthy Authorities.
Qualifications:
Experience in Healthcare related operations.
Proficiency in English
Business acumen and strategic thinking
Teamwork, negotiation, coaching and influencing skills – able to work effectively in a matrix organization.
Deep scientific knowledge according to business/regulatory needs
Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and motivate teams, overseeing projects and initiatives to successful completion.
Ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
