Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to understand their sales and distribution processes and identify areas where SAP SD can be leveraged to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design, configure, and modify SAP SD modules within the S/4 HANA system to meet the business requirements.
- Participate in testing the configured system and ensure a smooth go-live process.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the SAP SD configuration, including user guides and technical specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP SD system, addressing issues and making improvements as needed.
- May be involved in project management tasks, including planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP SD projects.
- Work with other SAP functional areas (e.g., MM, PP, FI) and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the SAP SD module.
- Provide training to end-users on how to use the SAP SD system.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related area of study.
- 6+ years of SAP experience.
- A strong understanding of SAP SD modules, including sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and transportation.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, including its new features and functionalities.
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with business users and other SAP professionals.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to the SAP SD system.
- Knowledge of relevant industries and their specific SAP SD requirements.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
