Paramount Pictures is looking for a Theatrical Sales Manager to join the Sales Team in Mexico City.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build, nurture & sustain working relationships with all Mexico Exhibitors.
- Execute Sales strategy, holdovers and negotiations in the Mexico marketplace.
- Ensure maximum exploitation of all releases and back catalogue titles.
- Review and analyze exhibitor and competitor releases, making recommendations for improvement and identifying best practices.
- Produce and give Presentations to key Exhibitor clients on forthcoming product.
- Lead business intelligence initiatives with development of reports/dashboards to take better business decisions and improve our forecasting models.
Requirements
We are seeking professionals with strong knowledge and experience in the Mexican film exhibition and distribution market. A solid command of Microsoft Office and related systems is essential, along with fluent english, excellent grammar, and a keen eye for detail. A genuine passion for film and a thorough understanding of the distribution process are key. The role requires excellent negotiation skills, the ability to manage conflict and lead others.
