Role and Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Sales Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
2.Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for upper management to support decision-making.
3.Field Operations and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with sales representatives in the field to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key physicians, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
4.Communication and Messaging:
- Develop and deploy clear, consistent messaging to the sales team to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and upper management, effectively communicating challenges and opportunities.
5.Tactical Plan Deployment:
- Ensure the seamless implementation of tactical plans, including promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to optimize performance.
6.Event Planning and Coordination:
- Organize and manage events such as training sessions, roundtable discussions, and conferences.
- Handle logistics, invitations, contracts, and follow-ups to ensure successful execution.
7.Budget and Resource Management:
- Oversee budget allocation for sales activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with financial guidelines.
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts, payments, and procurement processes.
8.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Customer Services, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to drive innovation and efficiency.
9.Professional Development:
- Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to build expertise in sales and leadership.
- Participate in mentorship programs and training sessions to prepare for future leadership roles.
Professional Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (internships or entry-level roles in competitive industries preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, data visualization).
- Medium-high level of English (oral and written), with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics platforms is a plus.
