The Regulatory Business Excellence Specialist will support the development and implementation of effective capability frameworks, training matrices, change management and communication campaigns across the Global Regulatory Affairs organisation, ensuring staff are appropriately trained for their roles, remain compliant with external obligations and internal ways of working and are adequately supported through the various change initiatives.
The Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of learning and adoption of new ways of working which will benefit employee growth and development and drive a positive business impact
This role may include some of the following activities:
Support and execute change management campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives across Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA).
Review and update capability frameworks and training matrices to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Facilitate Change/Training Champion Networks to drive training, communication, and change support within GRA.
Collaborate with stakeholders across GRA and R&D to align regulatory changes with broader business initiatives.
Create and deliver effective communications and training materials, ensuring compliance with company branding.
Develop metrics to track the success of Business Excellence activities and promote the use of efficient tools and processes.

Strong project management, data analytics, and IT system experience in regulated environments.

Skilled in change management, with a flexible, creative, and service-oriented mindset.
Effective communicator and networker with an enterprise mindset to collaborate across functions and levels.
