As a Recruiter at Gigamon, you will be a key driver in shaping our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that we bring on top-tier technology professionals who align with our culture and goals. In this dynamic role, you'll take ownership of the entire recruiting process, from initial contact through final decision, and you'll be empowered to introduce new ideas to refine and improve our hiring practices.
Please note that this is a 6-month contract position requiring fluency in English and Spanish, with a hybrid work arrangement expectation of three days in the office per week.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Directors to define the ideal candidate profiles and recruitment strategies for technical roles.
- Employ creative and diverse sourcing methods to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and provide thoughtful recommendations to hiring managers.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and internal teams.
- Lead interview preparation sessions and post-interview debrief to ensure hiring teams are aligned on candidate evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of recruitment activities using Jobvite and Excel.
What you’ve done:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a track record of success in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority searches while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Jobvite, to track recruitment activities and candidate progress.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages, are essential.
