Real Assets Intern

Your Team Responsibilities

This position is best suited for a results-driven, self-starter with a strong work ethic and interest in the Investment Finance field. You will have a unique opportunity to work with a cross-functional global team, build professional connections, and learn the business model and the intricacies of this industry. The main role for this position is to be part of the Real Estate Client Service Team by preparing information, analyzing data and account maintenance. The role also includes strategic support activities such as handling clients and student requests, acknowledging cases, and actively participating in presentations and projects for the coverage organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Data extraction and analysis for our Real Estate products to support the coverage team´s commercial activities
• Support on the administrative tasks of the Real Estate Client Service team
• Prepare and work on designated projects and recurrent tasks determined of the Real Estate Client Service members.
• Participate on designated recurrent projects for the Coverage organization
• Act as point of contact between clients, coverage and internal teams for routine inquiries and data requests.
• Handle basic client requests and help the analytics team document cases.
• Act as point of contact for routine inquiries and data requests
• Help the team answering client calls

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

• Excellent English Communication skills
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or any related degree.
• From 6th semester onward and availability to work 30 or 40 hours per week.
• A self-starter and highly motivated individual, with the ability to work individually and within a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight, short-term deadlines.
• Ability to articulate complicated concepts or methodologies verbally and in writing to senior management and clients.
• Ability to work efficiently with diverse cultures on a global team.
• Understanding of international financial institutions and global financial markets.
• Undergraduate student in finance, economics, or other quantitative fields required.
