We are looking for
Production Supervisor
at our location in Comonfort, Gto (México).
Your tasks:
Monitor daily the Line Production Plan and how many operators are required to comply with it.
Personnel management, conflict management, incident management, staff training, staff development, staff evaluation
Supervise, lead, coach, train, develop and motivate line operators in their operations
Effectively, efficiently, and directly lead, direct, and supervise assigned operators and group leaders under their responsibility in achieving the objectives of their production area.
Monitor process release: safety devices, parameter sheet, hand tools, etc.
Support and assist shift leaders when they are having trouble executing their daily duties.
Monitor the achievement of established line KPI targets.
Your profile:
1.- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company, preferably automotive
2.- Effective, efficient and direct supervision of operators and group or team leaders in production lines: personnel management, conflict management, incidents, management and achievement of objectives/indicators.
