The Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing and overseeing electronics assembly processes within the assigned manufacturing unit. This role requires expertise in assembly techniques, quality control, and continuous improvement to ensure efficiency, reliability, and innovation in production.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electronics assembly operations to maintain high-quality standards and production efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improving assembly workflows.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing techniques.
- Lead and mentor teams to foster professional and technical development.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in electronics assembly within the manufacturing industry.
