Job Description – Power Automate Developer

Position: Power Automate Developer

Location: Mexico or South America (remote)

Overview

We are looking for a Power Automate Developer with strong expertise in building automation workflows, integrations, and process improvements using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Integrate Power Automate flows with Microsoft 365 apps, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and third-party systems.
• Create custom connectors and leverage APIs for system integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing automation processes.
• Document workflows, best practices, and provide user training when required.

Required Skills

• Proven experience developing automation workflows with Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Platform ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure services, and Dynamics 365.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and custom connectors.
• Good knowledge of data integration and ETL concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-900, PL-400, or similar).
• Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, SQL Server, or Azure Data Factory.
