We’re seeking a dynamic HR Shared Services Leader to lead our Americas team of multi-lingual HR Analysts. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our regional service center, ensuring high-quality support across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.
You’ll be a key partner to HR and business leaders, driving service delivery, process improvement, and team development in alignment with our global HR transformation goals.
Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations for the Americas center
- Ensure all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service to customers
- Partner with regional HR stakeholders, staying connected to upcoming events, sharing SSC performance data and responding to operational concerns
- Partnering with the GPO organization on the transition of activity to Shared Services ensuring proper resourcing, training, documentation and post transition support are in place
- Confirm teams are administering quality checks and audits to verify data accuracy
- Serve as a primary point of contact for escalations from HR Partners, COEs and other key customers
- Interview, hire and support the training of new associates
- Fairly and accurately assess performance and provide the necessary feedback and Ccach associates relative to career development
- Escalate service center concerns to Human Resources and Business Leadership in a timely, fact based way
- Lead by example and help the team maintain its fantastic culture of collaboration, positivity and customer orientation
- While the team is currently remote, expectation will be at least 60% on site following build out of new office
What You Bring to IFF
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related discipline required
- At least 4 years prior experience leading an HR Shared Service function at the regional level
- In addition to Contact center experience, prior experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP capacity is strongly desired
- Track record of driving process improvements within a highly complex environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proven leadership competencies and ability to positively impact team morale
- Knowledge of Human Resources operations and policies
- Ability to make sound decisions in accordance with best practice and corporate policy
