The major responsibilities are reporting and analytics for the Ownership department for the region assigned, data issues resolution, and regional support for meetings, requests, and claims.
The Ownership Analyst is expected to comprehend and analyze performance documents, have organizational skills, and have the ability to interface with Regional Management team

- Ability to interface with Retail Group Management, Regional Managers,
- Able to work independently and with ambiguity
- Strong verbal and written English proficiency
- Experience in the Microsoft Office

- Comprehend and analyze our performance documents (i.e., NPS, Service and Sales, FSA Completion, Dealer Service Performance, Program enrollments, etc.)
- Ability to manage deadlines and timelines with multiple inputs and complexities

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or business
- Field dealer contact experience preferred
- Knowledge of dealership operations and dealership financial statements/sales and profit forecasts
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
