We are looking for a motivated bilingual Order Processing Assistant to support the management of customer orders by entering, validating, and tracking sales and purchase orders. This role is key to ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time while providing excellent communication to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the management of customer orders by entering, validating, and tracking purchase and sales orders using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Assist in order follow-up and coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Respond to customer inquiries related to order management and resolve order issues efficiently.
Generate and maintain reports on order management activities and order status.
Collaborate with other departments to improve order processing workflows.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or pursuing studies in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
English intermediate to advanced (spoken and written).
0–2 years experience in order management, order processing, customer service, or sales support.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
