Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and validate purchase orders in the ERP system (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar).
- Verify product, pricing, and availability information.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal departments.
- Resolve issues related to incomplete or incorrect order entries.
- Generate reports on order status and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative support.
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., filters, pivot tables, basic formulas).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.).
- Advanced English – required (language proficiency will be evaluated).
