As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketplace pricing and incentives strategy for our products across LatAm, running large investments, supervising business performance and executing business analysis for continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
- Outline, implement and manage pricing and incentives strategies and experiments
- Monitor financial targets, marketplace health metrics and competition moves in order to develop action plans to reach our strategic goals and enable data-driven business decisions
- Develop data analysis and XPs to support business decisions regarding growth opportunities
- Coordinate projects with our cross-functional teams to improve processes and tools
- Build and maintain relationships with local and global partners, assertively communicating and presenting ideas, findings and insights to assist the decision making process
- Collaborate with Product and LOps teams to develop product launch strategies, forecasts, success metrics, and ongoing monitoring. Ensure there's a clear work plan and continuous alignment with stakeholders.
- Formulate pricing and allocation strategies aligned with Core and Portfolio objectives. Integrate feedback from the Local Ops and Finance teams and consistently monitor and report on financial metrics.
- Conduct data analysis to offer insights that foster data-driven decision-making and strategic pivots.
- Main stakeholders - COps Marketplace, LOps Managers, Strategic Finance, Product / Product Ops
- 3+ years of experience in operations or analytical roles
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Stakeholder management
- Project Management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
