Operations Assistant (Project Management Support)
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in operational support, project management, or administrative coordination roles.
Basic knowledge of Project Management (preferably familiar with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMI).
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project, Monday.com).
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Google Workspace/Office 365.
Activities
Support the Project Manager in project planning, monitoring, and control.
Prepare and follow up on timelines, agendas, and progress reports.
Coordinate communication between internal and external teams (clients, suppliers, stakeholders).
Provide support in the preparation of meetings, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
Ensure proper management and organization of project documentation.
Monitor key project indicators (KPIs) and prepare executive reports.
Identify risks and support the implementation of mitigation plans.
Manage administrative requests related to project operations (purchases, contracts, budgets, etc.).
