Role Summary:
The Network Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining internal, shared, and client-owned network infrastructure across multiple sites and data centers. The engineer will work with a variety of physical and virtual network devices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise connectivity and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for routers, switches, firewalls, IPS/IDS, load balancers, and virtual appliances.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and availability across Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and F5 environments.
- Support cloud network services and hybrid connectivity (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Perform configuration, patching, and upgrades of network devices.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and change management processes.
- Assist in the implementation of network security policies and firewall rule management.
- Operate and maintain load balancers and Next-Gen Firewalls.
- Support wireless access points, IP telephony, and cloud-based network services.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and integration.
Technical Skills:
Experience on LAN routing/switching, WAN management
Knowledge Wireless access points and IP telephony
Experience on Cloud network services and hybrid connectivity
Knowledge Load balancing (F5) and firewall operations (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA)
Familiarity with Cisco Nexus, routing protocols, and network segmentation
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (required)
Certifications (Preferred):
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- ITIL Foundation
- CompTIA Security+
Soft Skills:
Work closely with internal teams and assist security and peripheral teams as needed.
Participate in shift rotations and on-call support schedules.
Communicate effectively with management and technical stakeholders (non-client-facing role).

Language Proficiency:
