Position Objective
Drive, supervise, and ensure the execution of all assigned maintenance activities with excellence and a continuous improvement mindset, based on a robust and strategic predictive and preventive maintenance plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure operations comply with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to safeguard personnel well-being.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team to meet established objectives.
- Implement and sustain a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program.
- Develop maintenance staff through training, response time improvement, and effective use of SAP PM. Focus on plant uptime, equipment availability, and implementing strong countermeasures for critical equipment downtime.
- Ensure KPIs meet annual targets (MTTR, MTBF, %PM).
- Support the introduction of new machinery and equipment in collaboration with Advanced Manufacturing.
- Develop and manage a Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensuring timely execution and follow-up on missed activities.
- Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget and forecasts.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational performance.
- Promote technical excellence through the implementation of Standard Work Instructions (SWIs).
Languages
- Advanced English proficiency required.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 5 years in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in managing high-performance teams.
- SAP PM knowledge (desirable).
- Familiarity with quality standards (IATF, ISO, BIQS).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving techniques.
