Job Description
Responsible for the accuracy of the key performance Indicators (KPI's) reporting for the TMC Overland North America organization for Execution, Planning Network Design and Logistic Service Providers / Carriers. The position will be working together with the all the groups in the team and be the liaison between Plant and the Transport Management Center-NA Overland Team in regards to KPI’s calculation. The position will play a key role as primary contact for all operational KPI topics, system set up, calculation and development of Balance Scorecards for LSP/Suppliers aligned with the LSP/supplier Development Specialist, as well as primary contact for operational and administrative failure analysis facilitator. Will be presenting to the different Plants when needed the root cause and OPL for quality issues. Serve as the main point of contact for operational and administrative failure analysis, driving root cause investigations and corrective action planning, and is responsible for Following up & close any gaps in process & documentation for OSD31 within all the groups.
Qualifications
Problem solving methodologies such as: 8Ds, 5whys, FMEA, etc. Competent proficiency .
