- Manage work teams to develop continuous improvement and cost-saving projects.
- Coach multidisciplinary teams on projects using Lean tools.
- Apply Change Management practices during project implementation.
- Manage headcount in the plant based on customer requirements.
- Oversee productivity through the HH/PZA (hours per piece) indicator.
- Manage overtime according to plant requirements.
- Implement the AXIS system in the plant.
- Lead and monitor 5S audits within the plant.
- Master’s degree – required: MBA Desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronic engineering, Industrial engineering.
- 3 years of experience in Lean, Quality and Operations
- 1 year of experience in Process engineering
- Technical Skills: Digital Transformation/Industry 4.0 – Familiar with automation, IoT, data analytics, and smart manufacturing platforms to enable operational excellence.
- Basic Financial Management – Capable of building and presenting solid business cases (ROI, cost savings, payback). Understands manufacturing costs, margins, and financial impact of improvement initiatives.
- Interpersonal Skills: Action Oriented, Decision Making, Negotiating, Change Management, Planning.
- Competences: Business Vision – Ability to understand the business beyond operations and contribute strategically to its growth and competitiveness.
Global Mindset – Effective collaboration with international and multicultural teams; adapts communication and influence on diverse environments.
Experience in building, mentoring, and empowering Lean teams. Drives a self-sustaining culture of continuous improvement.
