Lead Sourcer (Influencer Discovery) – 8Media Remote | Part-time (4 hrs/day)
8Media is a global music-focused influencer marketing agency helping artists and brands connect with the right TikTok and Instagram creators. We’re looking for a Lead Sourcer to join our team and discover top music influencers for our campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
- Find and qualify influencers based on engagement.
- Monitor TikTok and Instagram music trends.
- Deliver accurate lead lists to the outreach team.
We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English (written & verbal).
- Previous experience with influencer outreach or lead generation is helpful, but we also welcome fast learners.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram culture, especially music trends.
- Organized and detail-oriented mindset.
