We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Network Specialist to join our team located in Mexico.
As a Senior Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.

- Apply patches and updates to network devices (routers, switches, firewalls), ensuring minimal disruption.
- Perform advanced Cisco network troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Utilize Cisco DNA Center for automation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Implement and maintain network security best practices.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients, including documentation of solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations and change management.
- Ensure high availability, particularly during planned weekend or overnight patching windows.
- Hands-on experience in network administration or engineering.
- Proficient in Cisco environments and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with Cisco DNA Center for automation and analytics.
- Familiarity with network security protocols and risk mitigation strategies.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) – required.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) – a plus.
- Cisco DNA Center Certification – a plus.
