The Job
We are seeking a passionate individual with a strategic mindset and a strong interest in the entertainment industry to join our team. This role will support the development of brand positioning, communication, and differentiation strategies for original local content in Mexico.
The selected candidate will also coordinate communication-related needs across multiple teams, closely following the administrative processes of each project—from development and production to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the design of brand and entertainment product positioning strategies.
- Develop comprehensive briefs for creative, research, and implementation teams, incorporating audience analysis, market context, competitive landscape, barriers, and opportunities.
- Create impactful presentations focused on storytelling, synthesis, and visual appeal.
- Actively participate in the development and launch of campaigns, providing content-driven insights.
- Oversee the process from development to execution, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Analyze campaign results and extract insights to optimize future strategies.
- Perform basic administrative follow-up (purchase orders, budgets, reports, etc.) in coordination with other teams.
- Work collaboratively with both local and regional teams.
Requirements
- Undergraduate student in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
- Proficiency in tools for audience analysis, trend tracking, and campaign performance.
- Solid understanding of the entertainment ecosystem (TV, film, streaming platforms, events, awards, cultural IPs, etc.).
- Analytical profile with a data-driven approach and strong creative sensitivity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
