Job Description
The IT HR Analyst is a key professional responsible for providing technical and functional support to Human Resources applications and systems, ensuring their proper functioning and user satisfaction. Their main focus will be on critical applications such as Kronos, SAP HCM, payroll and related databases, guaranteeing the continuity of HR operations and the availability of information.
Qualifications
Requirements and qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems, Informatics, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support to users, ideally in the Human Resources area.
Skills:

- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and service oriented.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge and experience in the use of Kronos 8.1 and SAP HCM (HR modules).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle or others).
- Knowledge of ITIL (desirable).
- Languages: English level B1 (intermediate).
Additional Information
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users of HR applications, including Kronos, SAP HCM and databases, resolving incidents and answering queries.
- Diagnose and solve technical problems in applications, coordinating with other IT teams or external providers if necessary.
- Monitor the performance and availability of HR applications, identifying and reporting potential problems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of applications, applying updates and changes as needed.
- Document support processes, solutions to common problems, and application configuration.
- Collaborate in the implementation of new functionalities or modules in HR applications.
- Train users on the use of applications and new functionalities.
- Comply with the company's information security standards and policies.
