In order to strengthen our IT Security and Compliance Team, the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is currently looking for a Cyber & Digital Security - IAM Specialist.In this position, under the supervision and guidance of the IAM Product Manager, the Cyber & Digital Security - IAM Specialist will bring support in the design and implementation of the Identity lifecycle security enhancements and bug fixes designed to mitigate IT risks across Nestlé Group and ensure that assets are adequately protected in a Hybrid and Cloud environment.

What you’ll do
  • Provide guidance and support in specific specialties (Onboarding, Provisioning, Modification, Attestation and decommissioning) including integration of solutions with various technologies and influencing technical activities (design, build, testing) in projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in the development and review of standards, documentation, and methods of working. Ensure all solutions are secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Build and perform peer reviews of deliverables (e.g.: technical designs, standards) and provide guidance, directions, and technical support to product teams as well as mentor and share technology knowledge with offshore teams.
  • Collaborate with Product managers, Architects, Business Analysts and Suppliers to ensure solutions fit strategic and technical direction. Assist in resolving complex technical problems, investigating root causes, and recommending smart solutions.
  • Participate in evaluations, conduct technical feasibility studies, and execute remediation strategies, ensuring a balance between business needs, user experience and IAM security.
Minimum qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field plus 3 years’ experience in IAM, including large implementations and Projects on this area
  • Demonstrated experience in hybrid and complex enterprise environments (on-prem and cloud), including technologies like OneIdentity, Saviynt or Sailpoint
  • Effective communication skills at different levels in the organization, both technical and non-technical audiences, in English. Ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure situations, with strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in software development, including full lifecycle development (Agile Mindset) and on Cyber Security

Bonus Points If You have:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Azure IAM concepts, plus Privileged Access Management (PAM), Password Management (PM)
  • Professional security management certification, such as a Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC300), Azure Security Engineer Associated (AZ500), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or any other Security related certifications
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Powershell and Graph API
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Preference to have worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
