Inventory Control Analyst
Join CEVA FM Mexico as an Inventory Control Analyst, where you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our warehouse logistics. This role is located in Quertaro and falls under the Logistics Operations division, specifically within the Warehouse Operations department.
About the Role
The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for overseeing operational processes, ensuring compliance with established Safe Work Methods and procedures. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in inventory management and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the execution of operational processes to ensure adherence to Safe Work Methods and established procedures.
- Provide leadership and support to staff, which includes training, performance evaluation, compensation recommendations, and overall performance management.
- Verify that the inventory recorded in the system matches the physical stock to validate material availability and detect discrepancies.
- Receive and quality-check incoming products, ensuring accurate data entry into the inventory system.
- Conduct segregation, sorting, and value-added processes in accordance with customer specifications.
- Assist in developing project and operational goals, including budgets, timelines, materials, personnel, and other project requirements. This role may involve receiving guidance and reporting information to management.
- Measure and monitor internal and external productivity and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop action plans based on root cause analysis to address operational opportunities.
- Manage assigned resources to ensure that the operational area has the necessary personnel, tools, and equipment for effective process execution.
- Provide support for investigations and develop recommendations to enhance working conditions and safety operations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of experience, skills, and education. A strong background in inventory management or logistics operations is preferred. You should have excellent analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in inventory management systems and data analysis tools will be crucial for success in this role.
