This is a dynamic entry-level opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their careers in Customer Success. As an International Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in helping clients effectively adopt and utilize a SaaS platform. You’ll guide new users through onboarding, deliver training, offer strategic advice, and ensure that every customer interaction adds long-term value. This remote role is ideal for proactive individuals with strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, who are passionate about helping others succeed.

Job Description
- Customer Onboarding & Training: Assist new customers in setting up workflows and provide comprehensive user training.
- Customer Needs Alignment: Understand customer goals and tailor product usage guidance to help them succeed.
- Best Practices Consultation: Advise clients on business best practices and relevant KPIs suited to their scale and industry.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular online sessions to review product adoption, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
- Risk Identification & Resolution: Spot early signs of client dissatisfaction or risk and proactively recommend solutions.
- Product Advocacy: Communicate customer feedback and improvement suggestions to the product team for future updates.

- Payable after successful completion of a 6-month initial period (3 months internship + 3 months training).
