Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and creative Internal Communications professional to lead our internal communications function, with a strong focus on Associate engagement, organizational culture, and change management. This role is essential to building an informed, connected, and motivated internal community.

You will work closely with the Leadership Team, People & Organization and cross-functional teams to design and implement communication strategies that support key organizational priorities and transitions. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening our culture, reinforcing our Five Principles, and supporting the successful adoption of transformation initiatives.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Certifications in Change Management are a plus.

  • Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications, with demonstrated success in leading communication strategies in global companies.

  • Experience supporting organizational culture and change management initiatives.

  • Proven track record managing internal communication platforms and tools.

  • Experience leading teams and managing external partners/agencies is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficient in internal communication tools (e.g., intranet, Microsoft Teams, newsletters).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge of engagement metrics and feedback tools.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Strategy & Leadership

  • Support development and management of the internal communications operational plan, aligned with our company’s purpose, Principles and strategic goals.

  • Provide strategic communication counsel on internal messaging, Associate engagement, and change communication.

  • Continuously evolve and refine the internal communications strategy to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

  • Oversee workflow management, project prioritization, and resource planning to ensure timely and impactful communications.

Internal Communications

  • Lead the planning and execution of multichannel internal campaigns.

  • Create engaging and informative content that resonates with Associates and reinforces the company’s culture.

  • Coordinate and manage communication for corporate events such as town halls, leadership forums, and recognition events.

  • Ensure consistent messaging across platforms and departments.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect stories, news, and updates that enhance transparency and foster connection.

Change Management & Culture

  • Develop communication plans and materials that support understanding, adoption, and engagement during organizational change.

  • Partner with project teams and change leaders to ensure aligned messaging and stakeholder support.

  • Establish KPIs and feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to assess communication effectiveness and improve continuously.

Executive Communications

  • Support the executive team in preparing presentations, speeches, and talking points for internal audiences.

  • Develop messaging for internal leadership announcements, strategic updates, and organizational milestones.

Operational & Administrative Oversight

  • Oversee internal communication budget and resource planning, ensuring cost-effective delivery of high-quality outputs.

  • Manage agency partners or vendors involved in content creation, event support, or digital communication tools.

  • Ensure timely execution of all deliverables with a focus on internal client satisfaction.
