- Responsable de actualización de la plataforma de desempeño de empleados, mantener vivo el canal de comunicación, novedades de acuerdo a las etapas del año, revisar con el equipo temas a incluir, proponer ideas de contenido, comunicación a usuarios,apoyo en eventos mensuales etc.
- Asegurar la actualización de indicadores de desempeño y entrenamientos mediante Power Bi.
- Responsable del proceso de Performance Review para interns, detonar actividades y etapas relacionadas al proceso y consolidación de información.
- Generación y seguimiento de órdenes de compra y pagos.
- Apoyo en el programar de Clarios Internship Program.
