What are your contributions to the team?
Project Management
- Support in the development and updating of project documentation.
- Participate in follow-up meetings.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and coordinate with responsible parties to ensure compliance.
- Support in the preparation of progress reports and executive presentations.
- Contribute in the identification of risks and opportunities for improvement in the projects.
- Maintain organized project documentation.
- Collaborate in internal communication activities related to projects.
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
- Support in the planning, execution and follow-up of HSE projects.
- Participate in the collection and analysis of data for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate in the preparation of documentation required for internal and external audits.
- Support in the updating of environmental and occupational risk matrices.
- Participate in the administration of the hazardous waste management process.
- Participate in communication and awareness campaigns on safety and environmental issues.
- Contribute in the creation and improvement of procedures, instructions and formats of the management system.
- Support in the management of non-conformities, corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Administration, Project Management or related.
- You have an intermediate English level skills (for written and verbal communication).
- You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office 360 (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
- You have basic knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- You have basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS Project).
- You have knowledge of PMI methodology (desirable).
- You have previous experience in internships or university projects.
- You have previous participation in environmental management or health, safety and environment projects.
- You have participated in internal audits.
- You have the ability to organize, analyze and work as part of a team.
- You have the ability to work with data, generate reports and present findings.
- You have good communication and teamwork skills.
