This position serves the Intercompany Planning Function, part of Central Materials / Business Systems Logistics.
As Intercompany Planner Buyer, you will work with other functions to ensure the intercompany planning process is executed according to applicable procedures and policy.
Support the intercompany projects that will facilitate the flow of products within Aero structures sites.
Involved with stock transfer orders, purchase orders creation, long term agreement coordination, maintain pricing records and support production control to follow up on supplying plants deliveries.
Review intercompany demand and action the entry of sales orders and planned independent requirements in the supplying plant and the respective analysis to support working capital and sales and operations planning.
Collaborate with production control to deal with capacity and delivery conflicts when applicable.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Business
+3 years of relevant experience as planning, vendor scheduling and/or demand analysis.
Proficient Conversational and written English required, needs to be able to efficiently communicate with corporate leaders both in person and in reports/via email.
BOM, ECN and ERP Processes.
Customer focus, self-driven, analytical thinking skills.
Knowledge in ERP/MRP systems (SAP
Knowledge Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Tools.
Intermediate Excel skills (pivots, conditionals, extensive domain of data handling).
