We are currently searching for a Industrial Engineer:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage industrial projects related to the Body-in-White (BiW) section, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the BiW team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and production, for process integration.
- Ensure compliance with our client’s internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Plan and manage resources to support project execution and continuous process enhancements.
- Use data-driven methods to monitor process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Report project status and KPIs to senior management with clarity and precision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial process management, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Strong skills in project management, data analysis, and problem solving.
- Familiarity with BiW processes, manufacturing technologies, and quality control methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, capable of mentoring teams and driving performance.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
