This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
What the day will look like
You’ll take ownership of client projects and deliverables, contributing directly to the team’s success while developing your professional skills. You will play an integral role on the client team as you proactively build your knowledge base of health and welfare benefits. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

- Gather, analyze, and prepare data to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate vendor contracting, implementations, and compliance deliverables.
- Develop and maintain materials for client benefit enrollment programs.
- Service client accounts and manage project plans and results.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

- English proficiency (C1) in both verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and financial acumen.
- Solid project coordination and scheduling abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet tools).
Education:
