Website & Office Technology Specialist (Roma Norte – English Fluency Required)

We are a warm and supportive office in Roma Norte, looking for someone who can blend in with our DNA and grow with us long-term. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, creative, fluent in English, and has a good eye for web design and branding. This role combines office technology support with developing and maintaining our online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain company websites (WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms)
- Upload, edit, and organize content (text, photos, videos) to keep branding consistent
- Improve site design, layout, and user experience with a sharp eye for detail
- Assist the team with technology needs, digital tools, and process improvements
- Support brand development across digital platforms and marketing materials
- Conduct online research and implement tech solutions to improve workflows
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strong computer and technology skills (Google Drive, Microsoft Office, digital tools)
- Experience with website platforms (WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS)
- Good design sense and familiarity with branding / digital marketing
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem-solver
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
