ABOUT THE TEAM
JOB SUMMARY:
Manage all aspects of clients’ travel from initial request to completion while providing back-office support for various systems and assisting with managerial projects and initiatives.
FUNCTIONS:
- Arrange all elements of business travel from initial request to completion for clients in a corporate account.
- Provide best in class customer service that exceeds clients’ expectations.
- Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies
- Facilitate client support with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
- Develop relationships with clients to improve the overall service level.
- Work with team to ensure worldwide coverage for clients.
- Participate in operational projects and functions as appointed by manager.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to arrange appropriate segments of travel and execute:
- Ticketing
- Exchanges
- Refunds
- Queue sorting
- Communicate FROSCH's operating standards to suppliers appointed to specific arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute clients’ travel documents.
- Organize files relevant to your work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Top-notch customer service skills
- Proven track record of superior customer service
- Superb communication, typing, and math skills
- Must be a strong Team Player
- Good standing knowledge of worldwide destinations
- Deadline-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and know how to prioritize
- Reputation for working in a team environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior, native GDS use is a must; Sabre or Apollo.
- Recent experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in related fields is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; especially Outlook and Word is a plus.
