Job Description: Frontend Developer (Fintech)

About the role: We are seeking a Frontend Developer with a strong fintech background to join our growing team. This person will help design and implement user interfaces for loan, underwriting, and financial product systems. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in a similar environment and understands the importance of intuitive, secure, and scalable customer-facing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain frontend components and applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with backend and product teams to translate business requirements into efficient UI solutions.
- Optimize web interfaces for speed and usability across multiple devices and browsers.
- Ensure best practices in UX/UI, performance, and accessibility.
- Debug and resolve frontend issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in design and frontend development.
Qualifications:
- Advanced English (C1,C2)
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
- Proven experience in fintech environments (loans, advances, underwriting).
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend systems.
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Clear communication and strong collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality interfaces.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments.
Technical Skills:
- React, Vue.js, or similar modern JS frameworks
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Git, CI/CD tools
- API integration
- Testing tools like Jest, Cypress
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday Onsite from 9am to 5pm
- $52,500K Net monthly
