We are currently seeking a Financial Planning Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. A Day in the Life of This Role:
- Consolidate and maintain updated databases with key financial and commercial indicators (sales, pricing, margins, costs, marketing, etc.).
- Process and analyze data to produce reports and dashboards with relevant insights for financial and commercial leadership.
- Automate processes using tools such as advanced Excel, macros, and programming (preferably Visual Basic and SQL).
- Support the definition and tracking of the annual budget, forecasts, and financial scenarios.
- Participate in pricing validations for specific sales events and perform profitability analysis by model.
- Collaborate closely with pricing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure financially sound business decisions.
- Identify improvement opportunities through variance analysis versus business plans (e.g., revenue deviations, margin fluctuations).
Who We're Looking For:
- A professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning, FP&A, profitability analysis, or similar roles.
- Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and macros).
- Advanced English language skills
- Experience in dashboard creation and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
Desired:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL / Visual Basic.
