Position Responsibilities
Lead Finance system modernization projects, including ERP implementations, upgrades and digital transformation efforts.
Partner with teams across Finance, IT and Operations to align projects with business goals.
Test new Finance technology solutions, ensuring accurate documentation and strong accounting controls.
Recommend workflow, process and reporting improvements to drive efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or IT.
5+ years of Finance and or Project Management experience.
Strong understanding of financial processes such as O2C, electronic invoice, payment complement.
Experience with ERP Implementation (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
Bilingual (English / Spanish) – 100% in both verbal and written communication.
