Key responsabilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all hotel restaurant kitchens.
- Work directly with Chef Curtis Stone and his team at Woodend Restaurant, reporting on operational aspects while maintaining the highest culinary standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams across multiple venues.
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional culinary experiences.
- Maintain direct guest contact and engagement to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Drive culinary innovation while preserving each restaurant's unique identity.
